Dear QSC Members and Friends,

With our AGM just around the corner I wanted to send out a few reminders.

1.       MEMBERSHIP

·       If you have not submitted your 2024 membership form or paid your membership fee. Please do so before the AGM.

2.       TARGET SCRUTINEERING

·       Target Scrutineering will start at 8:30am on Sunday the 25th of February and finish at 12:00 midday. Please aim to be in the line for scrutineering no later than 11:30, we would like to give our scrutineers time to rest and enjoy lunch before we begin the AGM.

·       Our three scrutineers, Tim, Steve and Brian will be set up in one of the garages to the left of the control tower on pit lane. There is general practice going on so please do your best to park trailers neatly and take up as little room as possible.

·       Please make sure that your kart is “Race Ready”, clean and presentable. If your kart is not in race ready condition, it cannot be scrutineered (Engines do not need to be in working order but should be securely affixed to the kart with all safety requirements adhered to).

·       Don’t forget to also bring along all of your apparel for the scrutineers to inspect.

3.       LUNCH

·       The club will provide lunch at the target scrutineering and AGM free of charge. A Bunnings style BBQ will be provided from about 11:00 onwards. The canteen will be open and sell drinks or any other food people would like to purchase.

4.       AGM

·       The club AGM will kick off at roughly 12:30 inside the QR corporate sweet (2nd floor on the left hand side of the tower).
